2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • If you wish to return or exchange an item, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • In case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage or defect, notify our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the item to ensure prompt resolution.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • We will replace the item and deliver it to the same address at no extra cost.
