Return & Exchange Policy
At Granos, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below:
1. Manufacturing Defects Only
Refunds or exchanges are applicable only for items with verified manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or general dissatisfaction.
2. 48-Hour Return Window
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email) is required.
3. Return Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you via email of the approval or rejection of your request.
If approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product as per your preference.
4. Refund/Exchange Conditions
Only regular-priced items are eligible for return or exchange.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery are not eligible.
Exchanges are valid only for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours.
